Waste tires are fed into the double shaft shredder for primary crushing. Magnetic separator extracts steel wire from shredded material. Rubber lumps go into granulator to produce rubber granules, and the air separation system removes textile fiber. The baghouse dust collector is equipped for dust control. The materials are graded by sieve to get 8–20 mesh rubber granules, 30–40 mesh, 40–60 mesh and 60–80 mesh fine rubber powder.
