Domestic Waste Recycling System

This domestic waste recycling system consists of feeding machine, manual sorting table, shredder, roller screening machine, screening underflow air separator, screen overflow air separator, magnetic separator, baler, supporting conveyors and intelligent control system. It features excellent crushing performance, fine sorting capability, high automation and low energy consumption. The system greatly reduces the volume and weight of household waste. It separates recyclable plastics, textiles, ferrous metals and organic materials. Light combustible materials can be made into RDF fuel rods to realize solid waste recycling and relieve the pressure of terminal disposal.

Domestic waste is evenly conveyed by the feeding machine. Large hard objects and hazardous sundries are removed on the manual sorting table to protect the downstream equipment. Then materials go into the shredder for crushing and de-agglomeration.
Crushed materials are classified by the roller screening machine into undersize fine materials and oversize bulk materials, which are sent to two separate air separators. Light and heavy fractions are separated by specific gravity difference.
After air separation, the magnetic separator picks out ferrous metals for individual recycling. Sorted recyclables such as plastics and textiles are compressed by the baler for easy storage, transportation and resale.
End products & application:

PVC, PET and other plastics: recycled for re-granulation, to produce packaging bags, agricultural water pipes, hot melt adhesives, conductive materials, etc.
Light materials including film, cloth, fiber, foam and sponge: delivered to waste-to-energy plants or processed into RDF fuel rods.
Organic undersize materials: available for composting.
Ferrous metals: recycled by metal recycling companies.
