The construction & decoration waste recycling system handles mixed waste including bricks, tiles, gypsum boards, wood, plastics and muck. Two working modes are available: fixed type and mobile type.
✅ Fixed system: Core equipment includes jaw crusher for construction waste, double shaft shredder for decoration waste and impact crusher. It features stable capacity and suits permanent sites.
✅ Mobile system: Tracked or tire-mounted chassis for flexible relocation, ideal for small & medium projects with frequent site transfers.
The complete line consists of feeding system, preprocessing system, crushing system, mechanical sorting, air sorting, magnetic sorting, intelligent sorting, aggregate regeneration, baling system and dust removal supporting system.
After sorting, materials are separated into different products:
- Light materials (film, paper, cloth, fiber, foam, sponge): for resource recovery or RDF production;
- Light-medium materials (rubber, wood, wood boards): reproduced into eco wood-plastic raw materials;
- Heavy materials (bricks, stones, tiles, muck): processed into recycled aggregate for brick making and road base;
- Ferrous metals: separated by magnetic separator for recycling.
