Our single shaft shredder is an industrial medium-fine shredding machine widely used in waste recycling industries. It adopts low-speed high-torque design, equipped with hydraulic pusher, PLC automatic control system. Rotary knives and counter knives are made of high wear-resistant alloy steel.
Advantages:
- Each rotary knife is fixed by one single bolt for easy disassembly and maintenance.
- Square rotary knife design with four usable cutting edges, extending service life and lowering maintenance cost.
- Split structure of knife and knife holder. There is no need to replace the whole cutter disc, which greatly cuts down your repair expense.
- Compared with same-spec shredders on the market, our reducer input shaft (the shaft for pulley mounting) is thickened for higher load capacity and better durability.
With bottom screen design, the discharge particle size is uniform and adjustable. It is suitable for shredding plastic blocks, films, pipes, wood pallets, rubber, waste textiles, cables and other solid waste materials.
