1500-3000kg/h Single Shaft Shredder is a heavy-duty industrial medium-fine shredder for waste recycling. It adopts low-speed high-torque design, fitted with hydraulic pusher and PLC automatic control system. Rotary knives and counter knives are made of high wear-resistant alloy steel.

Advantages:

• Each rotary knife is fixed by a single bolt for simple disassembly and maintenance.
• Square rotary knife design with four usable cutting edges, extending service life and lowering maintenance cost.
• Split structure of knife and knife holder. No need to replace the whole cutter disc, which greatly reduces repair costs.
• Compared with shredders of the same specification on the market, our reducer input shaft (pulley mounting shaft) is thickened for higher load capacity and better durability.

With bottom screen design, the discharge particle size is uniform and adjustable. It is ideal for shredding bulky plastic blocks, thick pipes, wood pallets, rubber, waste textiles, cables and other high-volume solid waste materials.
