Flat Die Pellet Mill

1. The feeding inlet and discharge cover are made of stainless steel. They are lightweight, durable and corrosion-resistant, not easy to stick materials for easier cleaning.

2. The die adopts a four-stage structure: feeding hole - forming hole - shape-keeping hole - releasing hole. It extrudes materials step by step, reasonably minimizing extrusion resistance, lowering energy consumption and reducing pellet cracking.

3. The electric control system adopts first-class domestic electrical components from CHNT and Delixi with stable and reliable performance. It is equipped with a heavy-duty hard-tooth surface reducer with large bearing torque and impact resistance, suitable for long-time continuous operation.

4. The die is made of 20CrMnTi alloy with surface carburizing hardening treatment to greatly improve wear resistance and service life. The roller is made of 65Mn steel with good toughness and extrusion resistance for uniform pellet forming.

5. The moisture content of raw materials shall be controlled within 15%–20%. The best forming performance can be achieved in this range with high pellet density and good anti-loose property.

6. The machine has a compact and small structure with small footprint and easy installation. Wear parts can be disassembled and replaced separately without overall dismantling, saving time and labor for later maintenance.

7. It has strong versatility, and can process various biomass raw materials including wood chips, shavings, straw, bamboo scraps and fruit shells. Finished pellets are widely used for biomass heating and boiler fuel.
