DSD Dry Type Copper Wire Granulator recycles all kinds of waste cables and wires. It separates copper granules from plastic insulation via physical crushing, air separation and high-voltage electrostatic separation. It replaces old incineration method to cut air pollution, both copper and plastic can be recycled.
✅ Integrated platform structure: Shredder, separator and dust collector are assembled on one platform. Compact layout, easy installation and convenient transportation.
✅ PLC automatic control system: Equipped with auto alarm protection. One operator is sufficient for the whole line for stable & safe running.
✅ Heavy-duty crushing rotor with alternating knife shaft: Higher crushing efficiency and lower noise. High hardness spindle withstand heavy impact and reduce knife wear & spare part cost.
✅ Combined air separator and electrostatic separator, sorting rate ≥99%.
✅ Pulse bag dust collector, dust removal efficiency over 99%, enclosed dust control.
✅ Suitable materials: automotive harness, motorcycle wires, network cables, communication cables, mixed scrap wires. Wire diameter: 0.3–20mm. Mixed thin & thick wires can be fed directly without pre-sorting.
✅ Eco-friendly dry process: No water consumption, no wastewater, copper pellets will not oxidize.
